The only toner I will ever use!

I have extremely dry, sensitive, eczema prone skin on my face. Every other toner I’ve ever tried has made my face burn and dried it out even more, but not this. I have been using this toner for several years and it is so soothing and hydrating on my skin. I love it and use it at least twice a a day, sometimes more in the winter.
